Clarence Davids & Company, an award-winning landscape design-build firm, is seeking a Branch Manager for our Ingleside, IL office. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for daily branch operations, driving growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations and staff management Support and mentor team members to meet goals and deliver excellent service Build and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns or requests Coordinate with staff on proposals and project execution Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines Identify growth opportunities within the Chicagoland market Qualifications: Leadership experience in landscape architecture, construction, or a related industry preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred) Experience managing budgets and scheduling Benefits: We offer competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to grow within an established firm that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
